Local #432 is currently seeking journeymen in good standing to attend 2022 leadership programs at the International Training Center in Las Vegas.  These programs focus on leadership, mentoring, coaching, and communication skills.  Members also learn how to lead by example and promote positive work environments and productivity on the job.

• UBC Journeymen: Building Leadership for a Strong Future (300 Hitter)
  March 10-13
  June 2-5

• Next Level UBC Leaders (212 Program)- Must have gone to 300 Hitter
  April 21-24
